Return and Refund Policy
We want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to do all in our power to correct the problem.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer support to receive authorization to return items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds can only be issued in the same payment as the original payment method. (A purchase made with a credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, etc.)
Please note: Delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped. We do not process replacements or exchanges. It is our policy to issue a refund and you can place a new order. We can only accept returns for products in new and unused condition unless the product is defective. Clothing and apparel must be unwashed.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on products from expired incentives or promotions or products specified as non-refundable (such as custom print or print-on-demand items). Promotional terms & conditions: When you wish to return a promotional or incentive gift, return/refund approval is done on an order by order basis because of the complex nature of expired promotions or incentives. Returns sent from US addresses take up to 2 weeks to process after the package is received. The credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements. Saprea can not refund tax or duty costs for online orders delivered to international addresses.
You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise (shipping will not be refunded). Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return. To ship your items back, contact customer support via the create a ticket system. Indicate the order number, item(s) you are returning, and the reason for your return. Once the return has been authorized by customer support, instructions will be given. Put the items you are returning in the original package, if possible. If the original packaging is unusable, you will need to supply packaging. If you are issued a paid return shipping label, apply the issued return label or properly address box as per your return instructions.
